Domestic cleaning

We can help around your home with light domestic every day household chores. We can hygienically clean your kitchen and bathroom. Vacuum and help with dusting your lounge area, dining room, hallway, bedrooms and stairs and help by sweeping and mopping floors if required. Taking out any rubbish and helping with your recycling. Let us know what you need help with, and our carers can relieve that pressure from you, and you can have peace of mind that your home is being well looked after and maintained. Customers are to provide all the necessary cleaning equipment and products.

Laundry

We can provide help with changing your bed linen, putting any washing in your machine, drying the washing, folding clothes and putting them away for you. If you do not have washing equipment at home, we can take your laundry to a laundrette to get washed and dried and then return it. If you request this service, then you will need to give the carer the correct change for the machines at the laundrette. You will need to provide all the necessary washing detergents for either service.

Ironing

We can help with ironing your laundry either at your home or we can take your laundry away to iron it and then return it to you. Let us know which service suits you best.

Shopping

We can help with your weekly grocery shopping. Carers can help with preparing a shopping list with you and then will go and collect your shopping, bring it back and put it away for you. We can even help with and collect your prescriptions if required.

Social support / companionship

We can provide help and support to customers that need company or social stimulation in their own home if they feel lonely and help them with their interests and hobbies or activities or can just provide a friendly social chat. This service can also help if a loved one needs a break from their caring role and wants to go out but will not leave the cared for person alone at home. We can step in and relieve the pressure of that person and provide reassurance.

Help with pets / dog walking

We can provide help with a dog walking service or help if you feel your dog needs some attention and playtime at home. Please note your dogs must be friendly and will need to be trained on the lead if we are taking them out.

Other services - This list is not exhaustive, and we are happy to speak to you about anything else that might assist you in the day to day running of your home. Please note we are a domestic support company only and do not provide any support in relation to personal care tasks.

Charges for all services from 1st April 2024 - We charge a standard rate for all services which is £20 per hour and £13 per half hour. Payment for all services will be collected at each visit by your carer. You can either pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer on the day. Please note our minimum time slot is 1 hour per visit.
